RTP ACTION PLAN

If a player or coach tests positive for COVID-19, the following protocol is to be followed:
1. The player or coach that tested positive must inform the Club President either via e-mail ([email protected]) or phone (503-701-4122).
2. The President will contact:
a. Multnomah County
b. OYSA
c. The Coach of the team
3. The Club (President, Coach, or Team Manager) will contact all of the families on the team to inform them of the positive test.
a. NOTE: For FSC Academy, “team” refers to all the players in that gender + age group regardless if there are multiple “teams” within that academy.
4. All Training for that team will revert to virtual training (RTP Phase 1 protocols) for 14 days from the Club President receiving notification. Games will be handled per league rules/regulations.
