How to Register
The
preferred way is to register online (click on "Register Online" button
below) or you can download a paper registration, fill it out and
mail it to Foothills soccer.

Fees
Registration Fee (until June 15th): $60
Late
Registration Fee (after June 15th): $70
Uniform Fee: (jersey, short and socks): $25
Online registration requires a credit card. Paper registration requires a check made payable to Foothills Soccer Club.
Registration fees provide secondary medical and liability insurance, referees, field rentals, scheduling resources, team equipment, tropies, coach training and club operational expenses. Foothills Soccer Club, PYSA and OYSA are non-profit organizations.
Refunds
If you need to request a refund because you registered online but your child will not be playing after all,
you will be able to use the online registration site to submit your request.
NOTE: This method of requesting a refund applies only if you registered online. If you did not register online, then please contact us directly.
Donations
The Club encourages parents to make donations along with their registration fees to help fund our scholarship program (see below). Donations can be made in any amount at the time of registration.
Scholarships
If the registration fee is a hardship for your family, we would still love to have your child participate! Scholarships are available on a limited basis for families that qualify. To learn more about obtaining a scholarship, please call the Foothills phone line at 503-672-9264 x452 and leave a message requesting information on scholarship assistance. We will get back to you and let you know how to proceed.
Registration events
Come to one of the open registration events (dates
and times will be posted soon), where you can speak to Foothills volunteer staff, fill out the necessary forms and pay the fees.

Players are assigned by their grade and gender in the following divisions:

Team Formation
Teams will be formed starting June 15th. The team requests of players who register prior to June 15th will be given priority over those registering later. Players who register after June 15th will still be placed on teams they request, unless
that team is full and there are other teams that need players. In this case, players will be placed on these teams until they reach the minimum team size for their age group.
