How to Register for Foothills Soccer Club

The preferred way is to register online (click here to go to the Bonzi online registration system) or you can download a paper registration, fill it out and mail it to Foothills soccer.

Fees

Registration Fee (until July 1st): $75

Late Registration Fee (after July 1st): $85
Note: no late fee for Kindergarten

Uniform Fee: (jersey, short and socks): $22

Online registration requires a credit card. Paper registration requires a check made payable to Foothills Soccer Club.

Registration fees provide secondary medical and liability insurance, referees, field rentals, scheduling resources, team equipment, trophies, coach training and club operational expenses. Foothills Soccer Club and PYSA are non-profit organizations.

Refunds

There will be no refunds issued after the start of the season. A full refund will be issued for anyone who requests it prior to the start of the season. Please contact the registrar to request a refund.

Donations

The club encourages parents to make donations along with their registration fees to help fund our scholarship program (see below). Donations can be made in any amount at the time of registration.

Scholarships

If the registration fee is a hardship for your family, we would still love to have your child participate! Scholarships are available on a limited basis for families that qualify. To learn more about obtaining a scholarship, please call the Foothills phone line at

Registration events

Come to one of the open registration events (for dates and times, see the calendar or events pages), where you can speak to Foothills volunteer staff, fill out the necessary forms and pay the fees.

Team Formation

Teams will be formed starting July 1st. The team requests of players who register prior to July 1st will be given priority over those registering later. Players who register after July 1st will still be placed on teams they request, unless that team is full and there are other teams that need players. In this case, players will be placed on these teams until they reach the minimum team size for their age group. Our complete team formation policy can be found here.

Foothills Soccer Club only collects personal information when you request our services and only uses the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order. Foothills Soccer Club handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.
